A reservation holds the fare until the ticketing deadline printed on this document. The ticket is issued only when the full fare has been paid before that deadline. If the balance is not paid in time the reservation is cancelled and the booking amount already paid is NOT refunded.
Until a ticket number is shown, this document is a reservation and itinerary, not a ticket, and does not entitle you to travel.
Every name must match the passport exactly. A correction after ticketing may be impossible or chargeable by the airline. Passports, visas, transit and entry permissions and health requirements are the traveller's own responsibility; we cannot be held liable if you are refused travel or entry.
The legal 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to passenger air transport (air tickets for a specific date). Changes and refunds therefore depend only on the fare rules, which we show you before you pay.
Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the airline's fare rules for the fare you bought, plus any airline and agency fees. Many fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. Contact us before the flight if you need a change.
The baggage allowance is shown for each flight in the fare conditions of this document. Where it is not shown, the airline's fare rules apply. Excess baggage is paid to the airline.
The airline operates the flight. Times can change and flights can be delayed or cancelled; we pass on what the airline tells us. Check the departure time with the airline 24 hours before and arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before an international flight.
The total shown includes the airline fare, taxes and airport charges and our service fee. Prices are in euro.
