Find answers to common questions about our visa and itinerary services
We handle tourist visas, prepared and processed from Portugal. The countries we currently offer are listed on the Visa page, each with its price and the documents needed. We are a private company: we are not an embassy or a government body.
1. Choose the country and visa type on the Visa page and start the application.
2. Create your account (or sign in) and pay the starting fee.
3. Upload the documents on the checklist in your customer portal. You can scan your passport so your details are filled in for you.
4. We check every document, ask you for anything missing and submit the application.
5. You follow every step in your portal and by e-mail.
It depends on the country. When you choose a country and visa type you see its exact checklist. Most tourist visas need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent photo, proof of funds, a travel plan (flight itinerary and accommodation) and, for some countries, travel insurance and a cover letter. Upload them in your portal; we review each one and tell you what to fix.
Every embassy sets its own times, so the number shown for each country is an estimate, not a promise. Processing time depends on the embassy's workload, the season and how complete your documents are. Apply as early as you can and never buy a non-changeable ticket before your visa is approved.
No. Only the embassy or consulate decides. We prepare your application carefully to give it the best chance, but we cannot promise approval or a date.
You always see the price before you pay. Our service fee covers our work. Embassy or visa-centre fees are separate: they are shown separately and go to the authority. Our service fee is not refunded because a visa is refused, unless the refusal was caused by our mistake.
Some destinations give a visa on arrival or an e-visa to some nationalities, others do not. It depends on your passport and the country, and the rules change. Ask us before you travel; if a visa has to be applied for in advance, we can handle it.
Sign in to your customer portal: each application is a card showing its status, the next step and any document still needed. You also get e-mails when the status changes. Without an account you can use Track on the website with your passport number.
Search your route and date, choose a fare and press Book. Fares you choose are kept for you for 20 minutes (see the cart icon at the top). Enter each traveller exactly as in the passport (you can scan the passport or pick a saved traveller), choose how to pay and pay by card. Your fare is then reserved with the airline system, which usually takes 2 to 4 minutes; you can follow it in your dashboard.
You can pay the full price and we issue your ticket, or, when we offer it, pay a small booking amount now to reserve the fare and the balance later. The booking page shows the exact amounts, the balance and the ticketing deadline before you pay.
The airline cancels the reservation at the ticketing deadline. In that case the booking amount you paid is not refunded: it pays for holding the fare. You accept this rule before you pay, and we remind you before the deadline by e-mail and WhatsApp. You can pay the balance online from your dashboard or, when offered, in cash at our office.
Then nothing is booked and your whole payment is returned to your card automatically. You get a message with the reason. Card refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Airline prices can move. You pay the price shown at checkout. If the fare is no longer available at a price we can honour, we tell you and refund you; we never charge more without your agreement.
When your ticket is issued we send you an e-mail with your e-ticket (PDF), the PNR booking code and the invoice. You can also download them in your customer portal. The QR code on the e-ticket opens a page that shows the PNR, flights and passenger names so anyone can check it.
That depends on the airline's fare rules for your fare. Many fares cannot be changed or refunded. We show what we know before you pay. If the airline allows a change or a refund we pass it on; airline charges and an administration fee may apply and we tell you the total first. The 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to many online purchases does not apply to air tickets.
Airlines check the ticket against the passport. A wrong or different name can mean refused boarding, and a correction after ticketing is often impossible or costs money. Please check every detail after scanning your passport.
International flights, found live from our airline partner. Flights inside one country and flights between EU/EEA countries are not offered. Use the filters to narrow the results by price, stops, times, airline, baggage and layovers.
Each result shows the baggage of its fare (checked bag, cabin bag) and you can filter by baggage. The e-ticket repeats it for every flight. Where it is not shown, the airline's fare rules apply.
The airline that operates the flight is responsible. EU rules (Regulation (EC) 261/2004) give you rights to information, care and, in some cases, compensation or a refund. Contact us and we help you reach the airline, and we pass on any change it tells us.
A provisional flight reservation that shows your intended route and dates, so you can attach it to a visa application. It is not a ticket and you cannot fly with it. It usually stays valid for 7 to 14 days depending on the airline, and where an authority accepts such documents it saves you from buying a real ticket before the visa is approved.
Many embassies ask for proof of accommodation as well as a flight plan. If yours does, choose the option with a hotel booking. The visa checklist of your country tells you what is needed.
Yes, you can ask for a date change free of charge before the itinerary expires. Contact us with your order reference.
Debit and credit cards, paid securely through Stripe with 3-D Secure where your bank requires it. We never see or store your full card number. For some flight balances you may also pay in cash at our office when the booking page offers it.
Yes. Every payment has an invoice: flight tickets (TKT numbers) and itinerary orders (ITN numbers) are in your customer portal and sent by e-mail as PDFs. Each invoice has a QR code to check that it is genuine.
We start the refund at once. Card refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
To book a flight or apply for a visa, yes: it keeps your bookings, documents, tickets and invoices in one place. You can sign up with your e-mail or sign in with Google or Apple, and you can switch on two-step verification.
No. The scan is read inside your browser and only the text fields (name, number, dates) are filled in; the picture is not uploaded by the scan. Documents that you upload for a visa application are separate and are stored securely for that application.
We collect only what we need, we never sell it and we share it only with the companies that must receive it (airlines, embassies, payment and hosting providers). Read the Privacy Policy for details. You can see and correct your data in your portal and ask us to delete it with the data deletion request page; we keep only what the law requires, such as invoices.
Use the Contact page, the WhatsApp button, or open a request from your customer portal (Ask for help). Please include your booking or application number so we can help faster.
Write to us first through the Contact page or by e-mail and we will answer within 30 days. You can also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) or a consumer arbitration centre; the Terms of Service page lists the links.
